My mission and values have always been interdependent with my decision making for my employees and my experience in business and our community. The process improvement of Decision making has always been an experiential learning endeavor that has often produced less than what was intended. Over the years these experience has produced a recognizable pattern that I have been able to use that it’s often called wisdom. Each lesson I learned as we journeyed together was enhanced by a concept called humbleness, that our best decisions were a collective collaboration of communications with all those that were involved that chose to voice their perspective. Without their help I am sure outcomes would have been less than optimal. So my mission and value provide a way for you to get involved and help us make our future even brighter.
